Can I buy a piece online?
Not yet. Every piece has an Enquire button. I reply, we agree the details, and I send an invoice.
How long does a piece take?
Usually about a week, depending on the piece. Estimate, confirmed when we agree the piece. Larger commissions take longer and the quote says how long.
Do you take a deposit?
Custom orders: 20% deposit once we’ve agreed the design and price. Proposed term, subject to the quote.
Can I change the size or timber?
Often, yes. Tell me what you need in the enquiry and I will say what is possible.
Will my piece look like the photos?
Close, not identical. Solid timber differs from board to board and changes with light and age. Each piece page says so.
Can I collect from the workshop?
Yes, by appointment. Delivery is free within 15 km of Carrum Downs; further away, freight is quoted with your enquiry.
